Firm Overview

Christina A. Agola, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, PLLC, is a Rochester, New York area litigation firm committed to tenacious advocacy and obtaining results in the areas of employment discrimination and civil rights.

Our practice has focused on the individual for the past 17 years. As a firm, we prepare individual lawsuits to be filed in state and federal court, and we also prepare appeals to be filed with the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

We endorse an aggressive approach to our cases, working to create as much leverage as possible to achieve clients' objectives quickly, while avoiding the inherent costs and risks of litigation.

However, litigation cannot and should not be avoided in all cases.

Partner Christina A. Agola is an experienced litigator and appellate attorney with highly publicized verdicts, settlements, and decisions in the areas of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and civil rights law.

The key to our success is clear: we strive for thorough preparation, and we pay acute attention to the ever-changing trends in the areas of law in which we practice.

Being on the cutting edge has allowed our firm to evolve into a dedicated team of attorneys, paralegals and support staff who are able to immediately assist individuals whose civil rights have been violated.
